This includes all aspects of support, billing, and ongoing service administration.

As you know, Masscot has always worked hard to ensure that its customers has received the best web hosting services available, and we trust you have appreciated our commitment to your success.
What you may not have known is that we have been partnered with one of North America’s data center service providers, EntirelyDigital, for many years. As the hosting and security challenges have changed and increased over the years, EntirelyDigital has been a steadfast partner.
As part of our strategic review of our service offering, it is my pleasure to announce that Masscot has combined resources with EntirelyDigital to further enhance our customers’ services with improved resources and options for your hosting requirements. As a result, going forward, your hosting and domain services will be managed and supported by EntirelyDigital.
Website design and development will continue to be supported my Masscot Internet including website maintenance, updating, new features and SEO, search engine optimization. The Website Design, Development, E-commerce and SEO division will now be led by familiar names and faces you know. Nick Zuev will take the lead calling on his 26 years experience with Masscot and John McDonald is stepping down as president but will continue to call on his knowledge and experience gained since founding Masscot in 1988.
While the immediate changes are few, the long-term benefit to all our customers is real:
Improved support and customer service
- EntirelyDigital has a larger, dedicated staff to answer any inquiries that you may have. Over time, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service.Same great hosting, same great pricing, slightly different name
- There will be no changes to your hosting services or pricing. The only change will be that the invoices and emails from us will now come from "EntirelyDigital" and your payment statements will also reflect the new name. Particularly, if you pay via credit card, your statement will show "ENTIRELYDIGITAL". Your preferred method of payment will not change unless you ask us to modify it, but please note that you now have expanded payment options for your services - in addition to payment via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard, we can now offer payments via American Express, Interac transfers and cheques.Expanded product offering
- Customers can now choose from a wider range of services, including Offsite Cloud Backup Services, Windows hosting, Microsoft Exchange hosting, VPS, Advanced Cloud Anti-spam/Anti-virus and much more.EntirelyDigital is a proudly service-focused company, founded in 2001, that has grown steadily over the years. Soon your account will be moved over to our new systems but your details, login information and credentials will be the same. We will be working to transition to the new systems in a seamless manner, but should we need any action from you, we will reach out to you.
